A new t-shirt company

My family is launching a new division of our company it will be for custom t-shirts. we are very excited to see what we can do with the opportunity. am trying to see if there is any interest in a good t-shirt company. every time I order shirts it takes forever and the quality is not what I am looking for. is this something Cincinnati needs " I sure hope so" let me know your thoughts.

There are already local companies that do small run screen printing for $7 a shirt including the shirt & $5 a shirt for vinyl shirt printing.

You are going to have some stiff competition.

I got a guy that gives me $3.50 screen prints under 100 shirts. Might be a personal deal for me but I have given steady business for over a decade.

I've even shopped around under $7 all day long.

If I can get 10 2 color shirts for $3.50 each hook me up with your printer brother.

I can't even get blank shirts for that price unless you're only talking (small, medium large), let alone front and back printing for $3.50 including the shirts.

Smallest shirt I sell is xl

I typically get 2 xl, 2 xxl, 3 xxxl & 3 xxxxl for $70 printed on both sides for black & grey shirts year round, orange shirts during football season & red during baseball season.

The designs are usually about 12x12 front and 6x6 logo on back.

Typically Red and black logo on back. White and a secondary color on front depending on the design.

I order 10-20 shirts a month.

If your guy is cheaper I have no problem switching.

I'll run it by the guy, like I said I'm fairly sure this is a personal deal for me. And i did forget the 2x and 3x there is an up charge.

Plus I'm a not for profit too.

Yeah I left out some key points.

I typically get 2 xl, 2 xxl, 3 xxxl & 3 xxxxl for $70 printed on both sides for black & grey shirts year round, orange shirts during football season & red during baseball season or the same order for $50 if I opt for the vinyl instead.

If your prices are competitive I have no problem giving you a test run.

Now if you can set up drop shipping/third party payment and compete with Cafepress I know several people who would move their stores. Other than that, I work with a non profit that might be interested in small runs. Send me info.

If you need blank shirts try tscapparel.com or sanmar.com both local.
